I think the company has a misunderstanding. They don't understand incentives and seem to think it means In cents to live. For a company that charges pennies per page they are being the true scrooge character and need visits from Ceos from the past. Its going to be a ugly xmas.
December will be a shift in restructuring. Survival of the fittest. Personally, I've met multiple Lexmark employees, not impressed.
XRX bought LEX and the gave the combined entity back to LEX. XRX has deferred to everyone for the 25 years. Same with ACS.
