over all the culture around pretty much in all teams is deteriorating. old guard still in team resistance to changes & creating negative environment. don't know how to deal with these people.

Who’s the old guard? Didn’t we say everyone is getting laid off whose been here more than 10+ years? Wait I thought everyone was wells and they were the cause of the destruction? Or wasn’t it all the third party? Or wasn’t it nepotism at one point? Or wait, I remember DEI was to blame for the failures…
