In Blue States like NY, CA, Massachusetts, Washington, Illinois, Virginia, New Jersey, CT, Delaware, Maryland, New Hampshire, etc. employees actually have employment, civil and privacy rights.
Gee, is there a correlation why they're the wealthy, successful States that contribute to the GDP and are Not dead weight drag and destitute ??

Any use of facial recognition or biometric (fingerprints, handprints, DNA, etc.) devices or software would be Civil Rights and Civil Liberties violations which would open Citi to Lawsuits galore from salivating Employment Lawyers just happy to sue a deep pocketed company like Citi.

Any NDA's or Non-compete Agreements with language that places a condition of your employment is to waive your rights to refusing facial recognition or biometric software/devices are unenforceable, null and void.
dog and pony show today about the new dashboard. Zoom reached capacity before it even started and several high-level folks were left out in the cold. I was told it was being recorded for distribution. Also told it was highlighting only badge swipes, no data on log-in status, location or activity *(yet)
It has detailed facial recognition metrics detailing all movement throughout the building and productive vs non productive time. Pretty cool.
