I venture a guess the good riddance comment comes from someone employed in a flyover shithole like Des Moines.
Where all the jobs are handed out because labor is cheap and white. I do not miss pretending to care about them talking about Iowa and Iowa State as if anybody outside of that cesspool cares about them.
Taxes - this is the reason Tysons is open and Frederick is not. BTW, some pharma company moved into the place and added a HUGE warehouse or something on to the far right segment of the building.
Can't speak to MD being business shitehole, but it is a solid location and a beautiful campus. Hard to imagine why they would choose to keep Tysons over FDK, having been to Tysons... Only thing I saw in Tysons were buildings of other banks next door, and way overpriced concession. Ego perhaps.
All thinking Corps need to pull out of the business-shitehole that is the State of MD.
