@1qb layoffs in Palm Bay yesterday.. I'm missing multiple people on my programs.
Please ask your manager to be honest with you and you can be on the next layoff which will not happen in florida
Was just told that florida was not affected. No numbers provided. It's the first time we have been officially told by a manager in a long time. They usually do a stealth onesy-twosy.
@1as 9/2 is THE day. Multiple locations hit.

No need to speculate about Sam or about anything other than pure greed. It is the end of the third quarter which is typically when execs are issued their contractual structured compensations. But they are still required to hit specific targets to get those payouts. Layoff happens and stock prices will tick upwards for a short time. That’s the reason. Don’t get lost in behavior or attitudes or drama. It’s always about money.
@11m I had 20 points left, not enough to buy anything. So I got a pack of socks to exhaust all points. I just received a job offer from another company. I haven’t written two-week notice yet. I wish my name is on the list.
Just spent my 20 yr anniversary Rise award points that I have been sitting on for months, just in case.

Doesn't matter if you are a great worker. If you are remote, be prepared.
I hope the selected to be RIF’d are the high paid leaders that turned this company into a dumpster fire! I have lost hope that this company will get better . Shameless bunch of hypocrites.
How have a layoff when people are leaving and there is no retention as it is?
