Does anyone know about the UPP teams? I am hearing some gossip but not sure if it is true

Did anyone get raises this year? Our team got 0%-0.5% even with 3 and 4s and they have made our goals almost impossible to get a 3 on so not expecting much ir anything for 2027.
@2dc yes. 25 or so select leaders, sr directors come out 2 days before. A bit worrisome as the big meeting is a Thursday.

There is a big leadership meeting on 10/28 or 10/29 with only 25ish leaders invited. Take that for whatever.
Rumor is that acos will be merged with non aco team account owners, hope no one will get laid off if that happens

New model? That hasn't filtered to the CTMs/QFO I dont think?

I have heard things but who knows what will happen. I keep waiting for something to happen, but so far status quo. I cant imagine they combined QFO and CTMs to leave everything the same.
I was hearing some leaders were shuffling around and couple were going to “retire” soon aka pushed out
