Haven't seen this asked in a few hours so I thought I would check if it was still the case.

Based on my experience with Wells Fargo I can see why the stock is in the toilet and all the talent is looking to flee before chuckles offshores their jobs to a bunch of brain dead Indians.
based on my experience with this sight I can see why WF treats adults like children, because many act like them.
@Dreamslayer3690- do work in CIB Operations by chance? Sounds like you just described my entire experience here in a few sentences. Kudos to you sir!
This place is full of entrenched leadership that’s been here for decades and will do anything to support their own agenda. I’ve worked all across the street and this culture has really been eye opening. Adults are treated like children. The better you are at your job the more work they’ll give you with absolutely no reward at year end, only tone deaf corporate babble and a worthless carrot you’ll never actually catch. They should post dead end signs at every entrance/exit of the building.
PTO and bank holidays count as office days.
not sure how there is lack of communication from the top when the head of HR has literally sent out communications regarding expectations and went so far as to put it on teamworks. if managers aren't adhering to that them that's a conversation between the employee and their manager or the employee and hr. and yes it was sarcastic
Some managers are terrified of the reporting that’s now being looked at and are attempting to “juice” the numbers to make themselves look good at the expense of their direct reports and team morale. My manager is one of them. I think at least half our team is looking to leave at the moment. I’ve never seen such a horrible culture.
OP- I realize you are being sarcastic but the reason people keep asking is because some managers are trying to force people in 3 days per week regardless of holiday or PTO. Despite the fact that this has been addressed numerous times and guidance is posted on the teamwork’s website. As usual at WF, there is a lack of communication from the top.
Yes, company holidays and PTO counts as in-office.
