I thought there was an agreement MOA between the union and the company until the end of 2023. No outside techs will be surplussed, now they can shut down sites and move people around or offer incentives for techs to leave, like SIPP.
Probably no news until March 15th, but the first levels already know what the surplus numbers are or if there will be one. But they aren’t allowed to say anything until the union gets notified.
