Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Maintaining a positive work environment

Having a positive work environment is crucial for maintaining productivity, everybody knows this. But when we have layoffs occurring continuously, maintaining a positive atmosphere is impossible. How can we be productive if we always feel insecure about our jobs and the future of the company? The unending layoffs are creating an unstable work environment that is decreasing morale and affecting productivity. Is it any wonder Fiserv is failing?

No one loves working for Fiserv. As a former employee of 30+ years, it continues to sink lower and lower with Frank at the helm!

Yeah, but the shill keeps copying and pasting the same message about 200 disgruntled workers who want to work from the "coach", to which I don't believe they mean 200 would rather be circling the globe at 35000 feet in first class. I hope it's reasonable to assume they meant 200 want to work from their COUCH. Which isn't an unreasonable desire, though my assumption thats what they meant may be incorrect, given some of their other statements in the past. i.e. still waiting for that $200 rocket ride lol

Probably just another fine example of the loss of skill and quality control with the continued RIFs.

WAIT - The ride the rocket shill now admits there have been layoffs. 3,700 to be precise, so I guess all those other 44,000 posts were lies too.

Not even just the threat of layoffs. The one way communication, no autonomy for managers to lead, non-existent incentives. It's a toxic wasteland.

Fiserv isn't failing it is winning for 41,300 who love being here and yes 200 who prefer to work from coach are disgruntled.
