Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Anyone heard anything about the new LO comp plan?

For mortgage bankers? Supposed to roll out sometime in March I think. Rumor is there could be some very significant changes made to the primarily commission based plan….moving most people to a salary plus a per unit bonus. If true, That’s gonna hit the top producers very hard and you’ll see a mass exodus.

I am in mortgage . They let go of almost my entire team but not me . No ways to make incentive and a hiring freeze .. like a slow death . My guess is major comp change which cause people to leave . 27 years with the company and they are basically forcing me to resign.

That's their goal, OP. Nothing else matters but pushing voluntary resignations. Nothing. It doesn't matter to the ivory tower of the entire org burns to the ground, so long as they don't have to pay much severance they are totally fine with it.
