You “Teammates” obviously don’t understand how Suntrust works. Less than stellar reviews are SOP in the Suntrust world. You can and will be overruled if you try and give subordinates a stellar review. Simply not allowed. On the flip side you’ll know if someone is exceptional as you will be told. It’s the new world order at SunTruist.
Are folks getting worse ratings AIPs than last year? Seems like the Griswold comment is correct.
