I have a relative in correspondent lending, they were told today that tomorrow is their last day and their 60 day begins after that. They had already been told a while ago they would be laid off but weren't given a date at that time. Apparently yesterday was the last day for some of them in that group.

Tech could be impacted, but there sure do seem to be a lot quitting.
