For those who got laid off it has to really hurt knowing the company did so well it handed out a 1.3 company multiplier on bonuses....and yet still made the decision to cut to the bone. Imagine what will happen when they actually have a poor financial year. [ Post ID @1xfr+1leSnu0u ]

Maybe if you feel so bad you can donate your AIP to someone who got laid off. Yeah. Didn't think so.
Why does it hurt? I don't know anyone who got laid off, that hasn't found a job that they are happy with. Are you going to be hurt if they get a raise or a bonus at their new job? Get a life.
No company will get rid of incentive pay. It is an easy thing to cut when you need extra profit one year...more likely to reduce or terminate raises.

Totally agree that was tasteless...despite personally benefiting from it. I call it hazard pay.
They will be fine for 1-2 years. But cutting Medicare quality so deeply and deprioritizing anyone clinical is going to bite them in the bu-t hard...it will just take time for the metrics and reputation to catch up with the current reality.
And they can't cut their way out of that problem.
That is when it will get fug ly
