I love my job and I am so grateful that we are rewarded for hard work. Anyone who says Humana doesn't care about their employees are dead wrong.

Your a liar aip is 30 percent vs 130 last year raises on on hold across the board. Quit making sh-t up you shill we know your a liar and either do not work her or paid to make Humana sound good the place is a fast degrading shithole
Ahhh...so you have swallowed the kool-aid & BS entirely..understood. They are good at bribary while it suits the company & benefits the pocketbook. Just watch your back...it will happen soon enough.
I got a 5% raise. AIP was more than I expected.
OP is free to post anything they want. Don't see you critiquing the other threads. Sounds like you are just sour.
Glad to see some positive feedback for a change.
Did you get paid to write that post????
when will rif ex-associates receive aip?
Read the room OP
I also have to ask why you are going on a message board called "the layoff" and talking about how great a company Humana is and how big your raise/AIP was when many people here have or know someone who has been laid off.
For those who got laid off it has to really hurt knowing the company did so well it handed out a 1.3 company multiplier on bonuses....and yet still made the decision to cut to the bone. Imagine what will happen when they actually have a poor financial year.
Depends on the part of the org...but as a company They don't care. Too many hard working good people vaporized into thin air. Conflicting competing priorities...massive siloing...and just some gross incompetence, narcissism, and malpractice at leadership levels. Enjoy the good vibes for now before you or your friends get axed.
It does care…until there’s a business reason not to care. Don’t get fooled. We are all expendable. All of us.
Raise starts March 1st, which is earlier than I thought. AIP was more than last year, raise was the same
You also have to consider where your salary is compared to others and to the market. Your not gonna get a big increase if your salary is way above market
Good for you. Enjoy that feeling while it lasts and just hope you don't become a statistic OR need to use one of those awesome benefits Humana claims to offer.
What was your rating and what was the percentage? For example- exceptional and 6%, full and 3%
