Avoid working on a team with more than five associates in the same role.
The only way to get good aip and hike is to brownnose and become smeared with Shiite!
What I find interesting is that some people who were exceptional got 5% as did those who got full….it’s all so gray- based on budgets, role, department, and how high your base salary is

Promotions, yes. How about someone who was supposed to be a part of the RIF being promoted to a Director. They were also sh-t at their previous position.

My raise was 5% as well. I spoke with my friend in another dept who also got 5%. Seems like that was the average this year.
It will be included in your pay check the first or second pay period in March, I think, pending your pay schedule
I resigned in mid January! When will I get AIP?
My raise was 2% with a personal multiplier of 100%. Worst raise I’ve ever received with a full on my eval. with a STAR reward last spring! I’m over it!

Promotions? No, those don’t happen! Apply for different jobs, yes. Designation salary hike? I don’t understand what that is, but my bonus was based on a multiplier of 105% and my raise was 5%
