It is very obvious that, as long as there is a downturn in jobs, Fiserv will exploit it.. but I think they are not aware of how many people are looking for a more flexible job and intend to leave this place as soon as the opportunity opens up.

Then you know some smart people
I was asked during an interview why I am looking for another job. My answer was first your recruiter contacted me. Second I'm looking out of self defense amd staying ahead of the next layoff.
@2wlx+1liAxPws Berkeley heights is a nightmare. Fiserv is a nightmare. Been here a year and have been miserable for most of that time.
BH open for a year?
Berkeley heights is a nightmare. Fiserv is a nightmare. Been here a year and have been miserable for most of that time. Have tried sticking with it but gets harder by the day. I am shocked at how poorly they treat people.
btw .. @coa+1liAxPws (opts/hr) I have zero regrets having left Fiserv. I have a new job with a client focused company, very refreshing coming from the nightmare at Berkley Hights.
A truly educated Fiserv shill that confuses "hear and here". TM, is that you?
40,000...I thought it was 44,000? wasn't that what was said to Payments Dive - that the number of employees hasn't changed?
Anyway, it should make you question how bad you are treating employees that they are disgruntled even after leaving.
Hilarious how people who no longer work at the company come here to give the 40,000 of us who love working here to "hurry up, find another job". Sorry your poor advise is based on you having made a horrible mistake to run away and now you are looking for others to do the same to some how make you feel better. Sorry we don't need you career advice! I did here FIS might be hiring - haha
Everyone I know who's left at FIserv (riffed in 2022) is looking to get out. All are waiting for a package and looking. The BS being spun by ops about how great a workplace Fiserv is a load aka Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers 2023. We know that's worthless.
I’m sure it’s not a fiserv concern. They will do what they have for years… hire new elsewhere.
Better is to look out for yourself and find a nice place first. Before fiserv rolls the RIF list out.
Controlling your own future is far less stressful than dealing with Frankie boi and his nonsense.
