Poor customer service. Lack luster offerings, regulatory fine after fine after fine after fine. Juggling ghost numbers to meet metrics and bending rules, laws, and regulations at will. Let the purge begin.

Wells should have been broken up and Stumpf jailed for a decade or two.
Based on the last few years, it does not appear that WF has learned any lessons.
Break it up into smaller local banks.
Smaller, local banks would invest in the local economy and not be concerned about Wall Street.
That's better for American towns and cities and for employees.
Good luck finding people willing to replace those roles and also do RTO.
You'll get your wish.
I heard a massive layoff is coming
Hudson Yards, the crown jewel prestige location and huge expense. Classic Do as I say not as I do with respect to expenses.
Drop them….drop them all. Wipe the slate clean and start over. Just a long list of round robin scam after scam.
Lots of people here have nothing to do with everything you just complained about. 260k employees at one point across the country. So a guy who opens mail and scans it into the system for 8 years should be let go? A lady that pays out the taxes on an escrowed mortgage for 4 years should be canned? Axe the guy that does project management for investments (WIM) for 6 years because…??
Don’t be a dbag. How about holding the management of this company responsible for not listening to worker bees that tattle (you do that recall reports of retaliation from management in those scandals)?? How about the leaders that push profits and numbers and don’t allow customer service or factual account numbers??
Your beef is with the CEO, BODs, Upper to Mid mgmt cronies and past players. It’s not very Christian of you to wish for low to moderately paid workers to be laid off. Let’s face it. Those will be targeted, not some exec.
I agree, just don't forget the Hudson Yards layoffs.
