You wait....it won't be long until everyone is expected back in the office 5 days a week. When Biden ends the COVID emergency.....time will be up for everyone. Enjoy it while it lasts. Good things don't last forever
They will torment as many employees as they can, from all groups. Nothing else matters but reducing severance costs. If not enough people quit, they'll go to 5 days and required daily DEI training / activities and commissars roaming the hallways looking for anything doing anything sane.
No rule is universal, so there will be exceptions, but very very few. It's necessary to te--orize the maximum number of people as soon as possible.
