Required Training....AGAIN

It's that time of year AGAIN, boys and girls! The fun "Required Training" in DevelopYou. I don't mind the training so much...it's mandatory and I get it. BUT...Silly question. Has anyone actually entered anything but the "company line" of SUPERDUPER WONDERFUL in the flippin "evaluations"? I mean seriously...who would answer "Am very unprepared"; "Have no confidence in my ability to apply"; "Cannot apply"; "LOWER" - to the question what is your level of motivation to apply the concepts and skills in your job?...

I would love to select the "least" option for all of these just once to see what happens...but alas...I'm just a big ol chicken and click the best option(s) each time and then tell them it was the best training yet. ha ha ha...

and in the continued d-mbing down of our employee base...we get cartoons now.

Training created by the incompetent risk team.

Training to affirm once again that I have ethics and a moral compass, unlike the senior executives whose actions led to me having to take this stupid training.
Yeah, I know what they did was wrong. Nope, I have not nor will I behave like senior executives in the future. Check!

Why did they remove the comment box for training evaluations?

Somehow all these yearly compliance tests did not stop the fraud, stealing, etc.. etc..

Do as I say, not as I do.

Honesty is the way to sleeping well at night for me. The company will not do anything about it, but at least O haven’t held anything back. Yes the trainings are awful.

my comment always was "This was a complete waste of my time".

When I do the evaluations, I am honest with them.
