Old news. All Charlotte employees were communicated about this about a month ago.
Good to know that 6000-7000 WFC employees have lost their jobs in order to fund a pickleball court in Charlotte. That Charlie Scharf is making big changes at Wells Fargo. First -2 new credit cards, and now this 😏.
Do they really think that employees want to spend one second more than absolutely necessary at work? People want to spend as little time as possible at work, not play pickleball and walk trails. what a waste of money.

They are actually building more buildings on the property.

They already are updating uptown. Plus the parking situation still sucks so…
$50,000,000 in actual "improvements" the remainder is executive compensation for a job will done.
theyll probably split each workstation in 2 so as to double the number of employees they can cram in
Feel like there isn’t much they can do to make CIC better. Place will always feel like a compound. Uptown improvements will be nice.
Wells lives in the shadow of BoA in Charlotte, a city that is slowly becoming a sewer. Look at Atlanta every day and know three years down the road Charlotte will be what Atlanta is now.
I guess Charlotte is not going anywhere in WF hub collection…
