Wells Fargo is a company where the so-called benefit of a “company match” consistently disadvantages their employees.
Wells Fargo is always about the smoke and mirrors, never just straight-forward honesty and transparency. They are constantly looking for some back-door advantage to every move; whether it be a tax advantage, stock manipulation, profiting off their employees, using expensive low-performing proprietary funds.
Maybe a fair and ethical approach from our C-Suite would resonate down through the company and improve our standing with the Feds. If you’re willing to shortchange your own employees, who won’t you steal from???
Why do we have to play this preposterous shell game???
How about WFC play fair and reward us with CASH like a majority of companies now do. Or distribute our company match as we have elected. Why does our C-Suite insist on dumping this loser company stock in to our 401K accounts, forcing us to sell in the after-market?? I call Bullsh-t.
