Competition lags at times. Eventually a few businesses will operate in a more efficient model and start earning more money and then the follow-the-leader executives who never have original thoughts will catch on. I just hope WF does before competition destroys us. Then again, by the time this issue fully matures, I'll likely be retired anyway. F it, let it burn.

yes, demand is through the roof, but also supply is getting smaller. even companies that were all about remote work are starting to reverse course. given this supply and demand dynamic you might see companies that offer remote start paying less knowing that people will take it. heck WF should consider allowing fulltime remote if you take a 20% pay cut

It's harder because demand for them is through the roof. I know plenty of people that are 100% remote and thousands and thousands of WF employees have an RTO exception.

Not as pathetic as the bootlicking hacks sitting on traffic all day like a good little cuck.

My manager just quit because of RTO to find 100% remote.
That’s more brain drain because of some stupid idea to make people sit in chairs.

My supervisor approached me about being in the office for just 1 day during the last week of January. I’ve been compliant with 3 days in the office the rest of the time baring holidays or PTO. I had to rack my brain because I don’t game the system like a lot of my peers do. Then it hit me. “I have a text from you giving me clearance to work from home the remainder of the week due to impassible roads.” There had been an ice storm that week that shut everything in North Texas down that week. NO ONE went into the office. INCLUDING HER. I wonder who gave her the third degree and treated her like a criminal.🤦🏻‍♂️
