Why would anyone that has been laid off apply to a new position with more task, less money, no job security?? What they are paying for Manager replacements you can make the same at most hourly positions for just customer service.

8 stores for CM will work their a-- off? Don't see that happening with a great outcome especially mixing 2 and 4 year schools and 1 person doing 8 schools. If you didn't get placed and you didn't take what they offered, you apply and get 1 of those new positions, severance is gone. Good luck to all.
