It only took 3 months and a bunch of asking. Wonderful that are overseers decide to finally let the cat out of the bag and give us our 1 to 3% merid increase. Worst kept secret of the company

I haven't seen a merit raise for 2023 at Fiserv. When people ask why my LinkedIn porofle shows open to work this is one of the reasons why.

Old First Data guy here. My timing history of raises:
Mid- February retroactive to first of the year,
Late February retroactive to first of February.
Some random date in March. Not retroactive.
Approximately April, 1. Not retroactive.
I suspect the date will continue to slide forward with merit increases eventually paid in June. With each monthly push they save a lot of money.
By the way, the retroactive policy was BF (Before Frank.)

how else do they expect you to keep working
Just keep working another 2-3 years so you can overtake the inflation for this year...
