A federal judge in Georgia has given the green light for an amended “predatory lending” lawsuit to proceed against Wells Fargo. The lawsuit was filed under the Fair Housing Act by three counties in Georgia.

Wait until Charlie's targeted "loans for underserved communities" program turns into the mother of all lawsuits. They'll have Charlie on the stand and be like "can you tell us why you excluded white people from your predatory lending program?"
I knew that id--tic pandering BS would result in massive legal bills the second the email went out. It's doomed to fail, and it's so damn obvious that only a complete fool wouldn't see it coming. And yet, he's doing it.
