It's mathematically impossible to have a militant location / RTO strategy and attract and retain the top talent. You think the top talent just happens to all be located in the few S holes that WF has hubs? A few sure, but what the current execs are doing eliminates a massive portion of the talent pool right off the bat. There's now way to get from the system they have established to the alleged goal they have set. I say alleged because I really don't think they give an S. It's meaningless corp speak. They want to get rid of ALL of us and the second they can figure out how to do it and retain some semblance of profitability, we'll be more like 90% overseas and 10% US.
Forced out due to performance?

It’s so pathetic what we react to and what we don’t as a company.
I rolled my eyes at the privileged ignorance of how the world works vs how it should work that crafted Beni’s email. No one at the top of the federally regulated pyramid scheme has a clue.🤦🏻♂️
