Amazing email, simply amazing from HR. We are decades overdue for WF to prove to us rather than the other way around on what it means to be a part of the bank. The culture keeps getting worse and certainly hasn't been exemplified by new management changes.
There's way too much to pick apart in the short email. Every line feels empty and scolding, as if we have no inherent idea of what it means to be a professional in our respective roles.
Just another random exec sending out a billboard/marketing type email that has zero substance underneath.
Seriously WF, prove that you stand behind your core expectations. No more words needed, give us actionable reasons to look forward to come into work tomorrow.
