The fact that we now have active sho-ter training courses on campus is a sign of how stressed workers have become. Does anyone else find this type of training concerning? Please remember that all of your coworkers are just as stressed. Please do not take out your anger on the rest of us. We are all in the same boat. Please get help and take care of yourselves.

We have had active sh00ter training for years. It is part of the emergency response training. Looks like some of you haven’t been paying attention.
I wouldn't assume that all terr'rists would be internal. Mall sho'tings in the news have been external and organized, and there have been outside attacks on WF buildings. At minimum, don't let any strangers piggyback through doors without badging in and let security know if there are any strange gatherings near the building(s).
We had a skin head that had the American flag upside down at his desk sitting on floor for years. That was a floor I avoided.

Active sho-ter training is not new and has nothing to do with RTO.
That's a weird way to look at it. I guess all the other workplace shootings have been at WF facilities.
With RTO, active sho-ter training is required liability management practice.
