Imagine telling your boss that you are getting promoted to his level without his knowledge or input. HR issue anyone? Lol
- Fodor literally told his manager he was getting promoted to his level in this manner.
Rationale for the promotion? The teams did nothing for months. No one should have been promoted. Promoted based on what? Collecting templates and ideas from others across the team. Copying/pasting. Lol
Morale couldn't be any lower. Leadership is awful. Absolutely awful.
