How are the layoffs determined? Who decides what names go on the spreadsheet? I saw a lot of great talent displaced last Tuesday with over 15 years of tenure and top performers so how exactly are these people selected? Is it really at random? Specifically in home lending…
Which business groups?
Your immediate only knows if they have a strict business need to know, otherwise the know 24 hrs before you do.
Does immediate management know if their team members are affected? Or will they continue to interact with their teams normally because they have not been informed of the specific individuals being laid off? I mean things like continuing to have one-on-ones, meetings to set 2023 performance objectives, and assigning long-term projects?
More like 1,287 according to the last spreadsheet I saw.
Hold on tight everyone. No matter what happens, we'll get through this.
3/21 under… this will be around 7k and it will on Tuesday. I have been involved since the names were required to be put forward on 1/6. Request came with spreadsheets and a ppt that outlined every date. Including HR and board approvals. This is very real and I hope everyone is ok.
WF seems to think I'm about .53 of one whole employee, you will need to modify your estimates to include floating decimal points
You realize the last two layoffs have been bi-weekly Tuesdays right?
