Does anyone else find it funny that TK never was up for any of these awards from her previous jobs. She comes to WF and becomes SVB’s cheerleader and WF puts her up for all these award shows when in reality she has done nothing. Good thing she got the award before people found out her area had significant issues and she is sending jobs away and causing people mental health issues with RTO. Guess the awards are really meaningless.

While rotation of leaders is common, I'll bet she's being groomed (possible Saul successor). Leading EFT is not the crown jewel, leading cons lending or other large business is.
She's on linkedin pretty much every day doing some cheer leading thing in a different city. I don't think she does any actual work. Yes, I get that for what she does she can be anywhere. Also, when she was in EFT I had heard various complaints about changes she made totally f'ed up budgeting/tracking/etc. Honestly didn't see any positive impact even with bringing in her cronies which were also not very impressive.
Same thing with Deb C from a few years ago. Gets hand picked to come in, career that spends a couple years in each place cheerleading then moves on. Meanwhile nothing of any substance really gets done (at least not at Wells)
Imagine how much better our technology could be if we actually invested in it, and had been all of these years. Insead, we spent how many hundreds of thousands a dollars a year for people like TK to travel all over the world on pointless site visits so they can do a few feel good videos and boomerangs.
As soon as their stock packages fully vest, they'll jump ship. Just can't happen soon enough.
