Any friends here from Canada or LATAM? These regions are being "realigned" to US, basically being treated as an extension of US. Effectively half of the jobs will be centralized to US teams.
Those in the regions, you might want to update your resumes.

They will initially come to the US only to be sent to India and the Philippines!
