looking forward to how many shares leadership sells in the next 45 days. Will speak volumes as to where Fiserv really is. Corporate shills and institutional investors normally twist the truth as to the companies health.
I can’t wait for my 1 percent raise to go with my exceeds rating. Truly only my sense of honor keeps me trying to do my best while getting nothing in return while just holding my breath that I don’t get rif’d.
Oh I don't know, maybe the 99% of us that constantly get more work for 1-2% raises in a completely toxic environment.

Guy was hard at work in his den pumping out fake positivity. Sad that he is making so much $ doing so little for the company, while the rest of us work multiple roles simultaneously and get paid next to nothing.

I'm starting to get an idea of what it must be like in China or N Korea, with the constant boot-licking-the-company-can-do-no-wrong hollow praise.
Great result --- why not join the team and get on board. Who wants to go to work and not be part of the great work being done by all Fiserv associates and celebrate our wins and work hard to build an even greater company.
Very concerning and will make the little to zero dollars shared with associates below mgr level extremely hard and bitter.
I can't remember the last time I heard anyone say "Fiserv Proud". Seriously, in the midst of layoffs, absolutely no resources, being over-burdened, and achieving the impossible yet seeing Exceeds Many treated with doubtful success, the word "love" is not associated in any way with Fiserv.
