Raises will be 5% on average across teams. Given company performance assuming AIP multiples will be 100%+
Since the inception and roll out of AIP at Humana, the overall multiplier has seen a YOY reduction since roll out a few years ago.
It depends on you and your performance. The multiplyer hasn’t been announced yet. It seems a bit late this year. Expect 2%. Now, the question is the raise ….again, expect 2%, then you won’t be disappointed. I think the times of exceptional rated folks getting 6% are long gone….and with project growth still going on, that’s a place to save
