@da Their culutre has what is know as a caste system, different jobs are ranked by this caste system.
You have the low levels jobs, middle level jobs and the Top teir jobs.
That is why you will find them so bias and snobbish.
PS don't foget they love to steal credit/ideas from other workers
Mostly all middle managers need to laid off like google. one VP for every 50 people and VP should know technical and should able to drive the team with futuristic vision, lot of contractors especially oracle is running the show. These undeducated VP relay on them to save their job and knock out Full time and these VP save themselves.
My friend said this was really good company once upon a time not now.
In my department very bad.
Not sure if they know what they really want.

@bx I feel you. In my Alpha team, we have more Indians than any other ethnicities. The onshore Indians are really entitled. They expects everyone to treat them like royalty while they do absolutely nothing and create a toxic environment. Why do they keep getting hired and promoted over others that are more deserving?
I'm curious if hiring managers get incentives to have all Indians.
Too bad we couldn’t just AI all the Indian workers because they are a bunch of useless circus clowns

If we had any AI other than copilot, it would probably be something. 😂
