I posted a long post yesterday warning everyone to not trust the EEOC to protect them if Wells fired them illegally like they did me. I included my real name should anyone feel I was just a troll. That post has been deleted…….. be warned people, there’s a good chance anything you post here goes straight to HR.

WF cannot remove a post from here, but there are HR people who routinely visit the site and report perceived violations of the content guidelines to draw attention from the site moderators. It is literally someone's job at WF.
Names and other PII aren't allowed here. That applies even if you post your own name - your post will still be removed. Probably because the site is meant to be anonymous. Plus, since it doesn't require identity verification, I suppose the admins have no reliable way to distinguish between someone posting their own name and someone impersonating someone else.
@ar it's not that hard to "monitor" this site just like any of us can. However, WF has no power to control what's posted here. There's plenty of dirt here that looks bad on the company, why just delete one or two out of 100.
This site is monitored by a HR team in India.
Posting names is against this site's rules, and I think it's a good rule. If it was allowed, who's to stop me from posting an attack against the company and identify as somebody I don't like to get them in trouble?
You sound like a real asset to any organization. Can't imagine why the entire world seems out to get you.
