How do they pick who stalk in and outside of work for dirt?

Do yall look into team messages of people on teams that give their managers low ratings?
Literally nothing this company does is advanced.

And that, ladies and germs, is why you do not participate in the BYOD program.
@gk Examples? What types of things were people doing on their personal phones that made WF decide to fire them?
They can tap into your iPhone and screenshot things shown on your phone at any point in the day. You accept this when you agree to email on your phone. I’ve been part of several employee terminations from this. I can’t sleep at night, feels terrible, but I also have bills to pay.
More topics like this please. Many good laughs. Thank you all.
The team does exist, and operates on an as-tasked and targeted basis, with the goal of recording and documenting behavior that will result in termination.
We are often tasked with targeting individuals who are more difficult (from a political perspective) to terminate. Typically individuals who have various attributes that are otherwise deemed "desirable".
As an intentionally ridiculous yet accurate example, we would be tasked to investigate a person who was 64 years old, transgender, American Indian, and a disabled veteran. We would NOT be tasked with investigating a more "ordinary" person who would be easier to terminate without any legal or social blowback.
How do they pick the person? Employee surveillance teams work on a per task basis so they only do when they receive a task, which they receive from ER or CM, who only knows about something if an allegation is made. So if someone makes an allegation against you about something shady, it can be looked into depending on the allegation.
When your underwear is too tight it holds in the heat and they start to smell. HR posts sensors, so some of you need to unbunch your pa-ties.
They're not advanced at all and frankly don't even exist. We barely modernized our surveillance systems for branches and offices and even that is already behind in technology. Only truth is using software to monitor for keyboard/mouse activity and idle time, that's pretty easy to determine.
They can video your dirty underwear with a 200mm telescope and will post it to Teams if you dont comply with RTO.
They know about all the lawsuits one is involved with, travel, vacation .. everything from social media + public / government records + limited health + credit too -
