Corporate america is only hiring DEI now. Youre OK if youre Indian Mexican or g-y otherwise good luck.
Where to go after? Recruiters don't like seeing the C name on resumes.
If you're so certain you'll be impacted, you better make a plan - and a backup plan - for being unemployed, because it's a rough-n-tough job market out there. If you read the headlines, big tech is laying off everywhere, and with an attitude like yours, you won't get very far.
