Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

How much time is the board going to give CA.

Stock has done nothing in 5 years. I'm surprised the they haven't started selling more parts of the company. Typical of tanking companies.

When you continue to hire H1B Indians, this is the end result.

No one with half a brain takes Amon and his band seriously! He lured some naive retail investors with the AI inference story that will be out in 2028. In 2028? Yes, that's right, when the AI bubble will probably be already bursted and every company outhere will have their own inference engines. Qualcomm is technically an Indian company, don't expect much from a company working under the cast system, where nepotism is king!

The board is good at replacing high-skill workers with low-cost workers. You get what you pay for.

We definitely need new CEO and maybe new top management. Incumbents are not good enough.

After hours stock price is in the $140s range. LOL

Here's why: Handset revenue was $5.1B, down 20% YoY. Whatever other slow-growig businesses they are trying get into, they are still just a modem company.
