Frank was too busy taking our 401k match away and giving it to minority owned businesses, which got his nasty face all over the news. Seriously though, the amount they gave out was basically the same amount they saved by not doing the 401k match. He is such a horrible person. Fiserv was still very profitable during that time, but they like to take from the employees first and never make up for it.
SW was a disaster for Fiserv. So bad.
The ONLY person that benefited was TB herself. She mad a SH!T ton of money and did not add any value at all.
