Employer engagement survey results

Results are out and they look positive? high 80s for the engagement score. Not what I expected what do you all think? Didn’t give a good rating to my immediate manager , hope it won’t come back to bite me in end of year reviews. Fell for the ‘fully confidential’ lie

all they care about is "Engagement", their euphemism for what any normal person would call Response Rate.

Pretty easy to achieve >80% when you have all managers COMPEL their teams to "respond".

Does not matter what any one actually says, or even what the actual scores are.

Mngt just wants their FAKE so-called "Engagement" number to generate FAKE positive PR and pay to win FAKE Best Employer Awards.

Fake, fake, fake. All that haranguing we get to respond is one big fat expensive fake exercise.

Every Fckn Year.

If you answered the survey, you shouldn’t have. No engagement sends a better message. In GSEP our scores were two percentage points lower than last year. Hopefully they are getting the message.
