Then forget about the musical chairs that will happen when we are going to one zone 1 week and another zone for a different week. Meanwhile the people I work with are in different zones and sites.

I think these negative changes going on come from the CFO just my opinion not anything i have heard but I’ll bet he’s trying to make a name for himself for either Abby’s role or some outside financial institution role. Hardliner just because he can.
Super bad for morale, for quality work and for retention of superior workers. Usually arrogance like that should be squelched but instead it’s promoted.
@b5 you make no sense - if someone has a place to go 245 or summer - why would that be a silent layoff, unless you are saying that no one wants to walk over to WTC and they will not go so it’s a silent layoff. It might make sense in your head but not to others. Anyways - glad the VPs are going back while 8 only have to go in 1 week a month. Phone reps are finally getting the respect they deserve.

The notice was vague on 245. Up until at least kind of phrasing. So of course no one in their tight mind says yes please make my commute longer.
This uncertainty is extremely bad for morale and loyalty.
Maybe I’m not understanding something, but wouldn’t staying at 245 be much better commute-wise instead of having to go a mile to get to WTC? Aren’t they keeping 245?
