@nr not true. I am moving because I am primary earner with no options and my wife doesn’t get remote in her existing job.
People that move:
- Single without skills
- Singles without a 3% mortgage
3.Primary income earners without a spouse that works or a spouse that can work anywhere - Anyone that needs the job to pays bills because they have no options until they can find another job.
I know 6 people who relocated to designated hubs. If this site allowed multimedia and their pictures could be posted, it would be immediately obvious why they chose to move. LOL

Nobody is moving for the company! Simple concept to grasp. Only people who ever say they will are the trolls and HR shills.

Moving to Bangalore in a few months. Dallas is no longer HQ. Get used to it!
The relo letter is a layoff. Nobody with any sense is moving for the company. Only the most desperate, and they’ll be laid off within 6 months of their arrival. Seen it happen dozens of times.
It feels like relocating by retiring and no longer having to do this commute I've been doing for 20 years.
I am moving in September.
I have not received my letter to relocate but 2 other members in my group have. Guess I am not part of the plan to relocate.
