Is the hiring freeze of external senior talent ever coming to an end? Only hiring happening is college hires, which is fine, but there is also a dire need of senior talent.

@OP I say let's announce a hiring freeze on all talent, right after laying off all the talent. Who needs excellence when you can settle for mediocre? Next up: a hydration initiative where we ban water. ;o)~.
