What we should expect regarding AI? Any insights?

I’ve noticed a significant decline in leadership quality within one IAM/PAM organization at a large company. Morale is at an all-time low, and many employees feel disrespected and unheard. There seems to be a culture where certain leaders believe they’re above others, while poor management decisions continue to hurt the team.
Several recent hiring and promotion decisions have left employees questioning whether leadership is choosing people based on merit. There is also a perception that some managers openly look down on members of their own team, creating an unhealthy work environment.
From the outside, leadership continues to present the organization as successful, but internally many employees feel the team is becoming increasingly dysfunctional. Collaboration is suffering, trust in management has eroded, and the overall direction of the organization feels uncertain.

What can you expect? A high tech cartoon that spews incorrect information.
Here is a little fun fact. That PAM dude hired someone from Optum who never quit their previous job so he was collecting a paycheck from 3M (read: stealing) the entire time he worked here. He wasn't even fired when the PAM dude was shown proof and was allowed to put in his notice.
Those are the 3M ethics I know and love. Which one of the company values does that fall under: instilling rigor, driving results, no wait maybe it is accountability...
Ask the PAM dude in IT Security who looks like Humpty Dumpty. He basically wipes his bottom with AI & posts non-stop on LinkedIn about it during the work day.
Any opportunity to cut costs with AI is going to get a lot of attention from leadership.
And since American workers cost more than workers in other countries, expect layoffs in St. Paul soon.
Ironically, the thing our leaders are best at -- making slide decks that don't really mean anything and don't matter to anyone but them -- is the thing AI could best take over. Don't hold your breath waiting for that, though
