Are SEs being "pooled"? I don't think I will have the same success if SEs are pooled and not 1:1 with us.

This is being driven from Oliver. The SE Pooling is happening. Roughly 30% of specialists are also being reassigned to be generalist SE's. It's going to be a dumpster fire.
Portfolio SEs will be pooled starting in 2H of FY27. It is phase 2 of LFG. SEs will not be able to go deep on all the solutions they have. Leadership is aware so the plan is to introduce pool model in 2H.
