How are the self assessments being used to cut employees?

@1xd confirm. Put preassure on employees in all manners. Whether it's RTO conversations or mobbing.
The fundamental intention is to kick out people without paying them.
In this regard, I would say that US and other European sites are more lucky ans treated with more respect.

A it was announced to middle managers, less people decided to leave the company as it was expected in 2025, so they started to put pressure on people. 3 and 4 days from the office, not replacing leavers, more workload. Management expects that people will leave first. There were teams with 7 people 2023 and count was reduced to 2 employees.

@OP it’s gonna reduction via attrition and no replacement. Those still in will burn out because of higher and higher expectations. Vicious cycle just to save money. We in Poland are cheap unlike other European countries

@OP There are selective reductions but seems to be that scale is not huge. Hard to say as management is not transparent.
