Williams-Sonoma is now a full fledged quiet firing culture. Leadership is knowingly participating in deliberate bullying and sabotage practices to either get you to quit voluntarily, or “justify” firing you while they smile with absolute glee over their plans to replace us all with AI.

This company is famous for quiet force quitting. They do this to avoid any benefits even promised ones to be skipped. It used to be good place. May be that’s the reason its stock is high. Sad. Good luck to those who still survive.
Yes all true, they have unattainable metrics now if you don’t meet they will threaten fire you try to bully you to quit, disgusting and shady business practices.
