The BOD and leaders have to be the d-mbest smart people in the world if they expect to lay off experts and put a clown show in place to run a business and think it will be a success. The Visible team clown show, the Verizon team clown show, and this is just value. They are not business people and cannot even speak basic business concepts. Its like giving children a loaded we-pon and hoping nothing bad happens.
They follow the time honored "buy high, sell low" pattern -- except, in this case we had to pay money to get that junk off of our balance sheet... stuff happens, mistakes were made, the bonuses have been paid and the generous stock compensation for the genius execs who came up with that scheme have long since vested...
