It’s so nice to see that everyone on that stage receives founder bonuses today. While everyone else is receiving a T-shirt, lanyard and drink ware. So glad that we are truly dedicating the employees on who makes the success of the company. JC, time to think differently, time to be the difference in a leader.

At SpaceX IPO it was party central because the employees benefited financially and now even more motivated to see the company succeed. For Honeywell it appears only upper management got the benefit of the IPO. Some companies reward and motivate their employees differently. SpaceX rented out Universal Studios, the whole place, for their employee Christmas party, we get a pie at most.
Million dollar smiles for that bunch. We got the consolation prizes.
